Only One Unit per CampSite: Only one RV or travel trailer, and vehicle is allowed per campsite. Additional parking available for transportation vehicles only!

RV Condition: RVs or travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance and carry current liability insurance.

Right to Refuse

Payment: Payment for services is required at time of registration. Site fee is for two (2) people; additional guests are $5.00 per day. All guests must be registered.

Check-in/ Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00. Check-in time is 2:00 .

Access: We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.

Parking: Park vehicles only in designated areas; parking on empty campsites or roadways is Prohibited.

Speed Limit: Drive no faster than 5 MPH within the campground.

Environmental Protection: Cutting, damaging, or removing trees and vegetation is prohibited; help us preserve the natural environment.

Open Fires Are Prohibited: Per Village Of Ruidoso Fire Restrictions.

Pet Policy: Any pets over 40lbs will have a $40 fee. Guest must clean up after pets, pets must be kept on a leash, other than the dog park, and must be under control

at all times. Pets are not permitted in the following: Showers, Bathrooms, Laundry facility the only exception if they are a service animal, any violations will be documented, and the 3rd violation you will be asked to remove your animal from the premises.

Supervision of Children: Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Noise Control: Loud music or excessive noise that disturbs other guests is prohibited at all times (be respectful of your neighbor).

No Littering : make sure your campsite is kept clean, Outdoor storage to be limited to 4X6.

Alcohol and Drug Policy: Illegal drugs are prohibited; alcohol must be consumed responsibly within your own campsite.

Smoking: Any outdoor smoking, make sure to be aware of your neighbor.

Firearms and Weapons: Firearms, only if you have a license to carry. weapons, and explosives are not permitted on the property.

Fireworks and Hazardous Materials: Fireworks and hazardous materials are prohibited with in the village of Ruidoso and Lincoln County

Laundry: clothes line outside of RV(need approval from management). For your convenience there is one (1) laundry facility on site

Sewer Collar: All campers must have a sewer collar per state requirements.

Pavilion: Please make reservation at 575-257-2600. Clean site when done to deter wildlife.

Use of Facilities: Adhere to all posted rules for common areas, restrooms, showers, and other facilities.

Modification of Campsite: Altering the campsite, including digging or installing equipment, is not allowed without management approval.

Commercial Activity: Soliciting or conducting any commercial business on the property without written permission is prohibited.

Prohibited ConductCompliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Do Not approach wild life.

Guest Responsibility: Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.

Assumption of Risk: Tenants assume all risks associated with camping and agree to hold the property harmless from and indemnify the property against any claims.

Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Items: The property is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles, or personal injury or damage from any cause.

Security: Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings; the park is not liable for theft or damage to personal property.

Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, follow all posted instructions and directives from park staff.

Right to Refuse Service: The property is privately owned; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as deemed necessary. Violation of any rule or state law is grounds for dismissal from the park without a refund.

Annual/Semi Annual Deposit: If you book for a long-term stay, and leave before your stay ends you forfeit your deposit.

Month-To-Month: It's the Tenants, or guests responsibility to notify the front office, when your last month stay in a month in advance so that your deposit can be credited on your last month stay. If tenants, or guests fails to do so you automatically forfeit your deposit.

After-hours: Reach out to the front office.

Washing Vehicles: Washing RVs is not permitted.

Trash: Please deposit trash in dumpster provided. Boxes/Cardboard folding flat place in recycle bin.

Right to Evict: We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who do not comply with the rules and policies.

Indemnification Clause: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the park and its owners from any claims arising from their use of the property.

Policy Changes: Management reserves the right to modify or add rules as necessary.

Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of booking and may be revoked in any reasonable manner.

Surveillance, Recording & media notice: RV Resorts Of Ruidoso reserves the right to use video surveillance, audio recording, photography, and other media throughout the property, guests, residents, visitors, and contractors acknowledge and consent to such recording as permitted by New Mexico law. Photographs, videos, and recordings may be sued for security and safety purposes, incident investigations, community updates, park events and activities, social media, advertising, marketing, and other promotional materials. No expectation of privacy exists in common areas of the park.
